The End of Several Weeks of Hard Work

Yesterday marked the end of a work project that has taken quite a bit of my time and energy. It was the event to celebrate the fact that the Company I work for received the JD Power and Associates award for an "Outstanding Customer Service Experience" for the fifth year in a row. It included a poker tournament, food, beverages (both adult and otherwise), prizes, trophies, and lots of coordination. I'm exhausted. I'm glad it's over. It wound up being better than I'd anticipated. I've heard that at least one of the poker dealers was terrible and didn't know what he was doing...but other than that, feedback has been quite positive. Everything went well.
