Kiddo's Update

Hubby took Kiddo to see the doctor today because he is still sporting a fever and because he said to me this morning, "My neck hurts!" Our friend mentioned the word (scary to all parents) ~S~T~R~E~P~...so Kiddo went to the pediatrician's office this afternoon. Yep - definitely has a fever. Throat is fine, no strep. Ears nice and clean. Hubby said the doctor even commented on Kiddo's level of speech for his age. That's all good news. Give him acetaminiphin (what we've already been doing, and not sure if I can spell that word) and call them back if the fever persists. This sort of thing is apparently going around and someone somewhere said that it typically runs its course in about 4 days. Here's hoping! Keep prayin' folks! It's helping! TTFN JMS PS: Phoebe is with us for a week and she's being good as gold. Very quiet night last night which means that one or both of the puppies are comfortable.
